With spring around the corner (hopefully, we’re freezing here in Toronto), there’s no better way to hopefully wait than by planning your spring wardrobe. Though we will admit, we tend to love black (can you ever go wrong in black?), we are totally crushing on the bright, fun hues that PANTONE has released for Spring 2013. From what we can see, Emerald seems the be the front runner, though Monaco Blue is a personal favourite.
